Except when you choose Apple Music preview as background music (the app then uses Apple's MusicKit service to fetch and play previews, which involves communication with Apple's servers; this is governed by
Apple's Privacy Policy and we do not collect or store that data), this app does not upload or transmit your personal data to our servers or any third-party servers. This app does not:
- Collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information
- Collect your location information
- Collect your device identifiers (such as UDID, IDFA, etc.)
- Collect any analytics data or usage statistics
- Transmit your personal data to our servers or third-party servers (when using Apple Music preview, network requests are handled by Apple's services)
2.2 Locally Stored Data
This app only stores game-related data locally on your device, including:
- Game scores and high score records
- Game time and number of games played
- Click counts and hit rate statistics
- Level progress and achievement records
- Game settings and preferences
Characteristics of this data:

5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Game Center
This app uses Apple's Game Center service to provide global leaderboard features. When you use Game Center features:
- Game Center is provided and managed by Apple Inc.
- Your Game Center data (such as username, achievements, leaderboard rankings) is governed by Apple's privacy policy
- We cannot access or control your Game Center data
- You can manage your Game Center account and privacy settings in your device's "Settings" > "Game Center"

5.2 Apple Music (MusicKit)
When you choose "Apple Music" for background music in the app settings, the app uses Apple's MusicKit service to play Apple Music preview clips (e.g. 30/90 seconds). In that case:
- Search, retrieval, and playback of previews are provided and managed by Apple Inc.
- Any data processing related to Apple Music previews (such as requests and streaming) is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
- We do not collect, store, or access any data generated from your use of Apple Music previews
- You can manage the app's access to Apple Music in your device settings; if access is not granted, the app will not play Apple Music previews
5.3 Other Third-Party Services
This app
does not use the following types of third-party services:

6. Data Security

- Local Data Encryption: Game data is stored in iOS's secure sandbox environment
- No Network Transmission: Since we don't collect data, there is no risk of data interception during transmission
- Device Security: We recommend using device passwords, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect your device
7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), you have the following rights:
7.1 Right of Access
You can view all locally stored game data at any time through the "History" feature in the app.
7.2 Right to Deletion
You can delete all locally stored game data at any time through the "Clear History" feature in the app. After deletion, the data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
7.3 Data Portability
Since data is only stored locally on your device, you can backup or restore your game data through iOS's backup functionality.
7.4 Right to Withdraw Consent
Since we do not collect data, we do not require your consent. If you do not wish to use Game Center features, you can disable them in the app settings or turn off Game Center in your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. We take children's privacy protection particularly seriously:
- No Collection of Children's Information: We do not collect any personal information, including children's personal information
- COPPA Compliance: Our practices comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
